Corinne often sings while we're driving in the car. Today she cracked me up when she sang, "Old MacDonald had a flower, E-I-E-I-O! Wif a smell, smell der and a smell, smell der! Der a smell, der a smell, everywhere a smell, smell! Old MacDonald had a flower! E-I-E-I-O! (4-7-10)
This morning Corinne asked me to open her dress-up kit. As I was doing so, she exclaimed, "I can't wait!" (12/30/09)
Corinne found one half of a plastic Easter egg, balanced it on her head then yelled, "Tada!!" Who knows?! (12/1/09)
I was going through a bin of baby stuff and Corinne found one of her old pacifiers. When she stuck it in her mouth, Tim said, "Aww! Look at the little baby! Do you like your pacifier baby?" She then said with perfect enunciation, "Yes! I love it!" Gotta love the irony... (11/21/09)
When Tim came down the stairs this morning dressed for work, Corinne said, "Cool shirt! Cool belt!" Tim then asked, "You like Daddy's shirt?" Corinne replied, "I love the belt!" (11/9/09)
Our little family...
We belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
Tim and I were married on January 2nd, 2004. Tim graduated from ASU with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Real Estate in 2005. He currently works for Wells Fargo as a Home Mortgage Consultant. I graduated from Rio Salado College with an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2006. I worked for my father part-time and temped the rest of the week until a month before our angel baby Corinne was born. She came to us on our 4-year Wedding Anniversary (January 2nd, 2008) and enriched our lives beyond what I can express! Children truly are gifts from God!
"Oh, it is wonderful to know that our Heavenly Father loves us—even with all our flaws! His love is such that even should we give up on ourselves, He never will. We see ourselves in terms of yesterday and today. Our Heavenly Father sees us in terms of forever. Although we might settle for less, Heavenly Father won’t, for He sees us as the glorious beings we are capable of becoming."
